About the Role:

The KS5 Raising Standards Leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality teaching, outstanding progress, and excellent destinations for all sixth form students. You will work closely with curriculum leaders, pastoral teams, and the Senior Leadership Team to:

• Lead on monitoring, tracking, and improving KS5 academic performance
• Implement strategies to raise attainment and progress across all subjects
• Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and intervention priorities
• Oversee targeted support and intervention for students at risk of underachievement
• Champion high expectations around attendance, engagement, and work ethic
• Develop and promote an aspirational culture that drives strong destinations
• Support tutors and teachers with assessment, feedback, and effective KS5 pedagogy
• Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the sixth form
