On this day...

St. Mother Teresa visited St. Paul's!

September 12th 1974 was an important date in the history of our school when a very special lady came to visit St. Paul's. She was small, elderly and stood on the stage block in the Old Hall to give an assembly. She held the room spell bound "You could have heard a pin drop," said one old girl, as the entire school squashed into the Old Hall and stood in the classroom doorways to hear St. Mother Teresa speak. Sister Hilary shared with the new Year 7 her memories of the experience and what it meant to the school to have so great a lady come and speak to them.
