GCSE Art students are currently in the midst of their Externally Set Assignment.  There are a variety of themes to choose from – ‘The Elements’, ‘My Surroundings’ and ‘Messages’ are some of the more popular themes chosen by the students.  In order to record artwork relevant to their ideas the pupils visited ‘The Barber Institute’ on the University of Birmingham campus.  They listened to a talk on how to read artworks and selected work which might inspire original and personal responses.  We look forward to seeing the results of their creative ideas over the next few weeks.  Good luck with your exam girls!
